The situation is quite tense as the interviewer has a stern looks and sound strict on us.
AND she pin point anyone who she want to question.
The question is something like, do you agree customers is always right?
Which is more important? Is the customers always right, or the customers come first.
What will you do when the customer is screaming and yelling over the phone?
These questions really need psychology and logic to answer.
I prayed hard at a corner hoping that my name will not be called, and no matter how many god I summoned, it just doesn't help. =/
But overall the interview, I learn alot of things.
AND, It is not just a usual interview where by you come and go, this interview is indeed a meaningful one!
After the interview I thought I wouldn't make it as there are quite a number of peoples who have experience in telemarketing.

AND I got the deal! How great isn't?
BUT It's a HIGHLY STRESSED environment according to the interviewer, but the pay is damn attractive! $9/hr + $10 daily allowance.
ALL you do is sit down and listen to complaint calls. LOL.
The first thing in the morning you will received are curse and swear. HAHA

I think I shall stay at home and study japanese instead of hunting job during this holidays.
